I NGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 smal banana (optional, for
natural sweetness)
1–2 soaked dates or 1 teaspoon
jaggery powder (optional)
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
(optional)
4–5 soaked almonds (optional)
STEPS
Add soy milk to a blender. Add bananas, soaked dates, or jaggery powder, almonds, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding a little water if needed. Pour into a glass and serve chilled or fresh.
