My journey
My Story — From Food Lover to Food Healer I come from a commerce and finance background. But i was a professional freelance food blogger too. for years, my world revolved around food. But somewhere along the way, my body started telling a different story. The weight kept piling on, I grew increasingly uncomfortable in my own skin, and my PCOS was getting worse with every passing month. I tried diet after diet — only to find them complicated, exhausting, and impossible to sustain. Every plan felt like a battle I was losing. That’s when something shifted within me. Instead of following the rules, I decided to understand them. I changed my entire field and dove deep into the world of nutrition. I learnt and pursued this as my career. And the results? I lost 21 kgs in just 6 months — going from 67 kg to 46 kg — not by giving up the food I loved, but by finally understanding it.
