SATTU SHAKE

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons sattu (roasted gram flour)
1 cup water or milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste (optional)

STEPS

In a blender or shaker, combine sattu, water or milk, lemon juice, cumin powder, and salt. Blend or shake well until smooth and lump-free. Add ice cubes if desired and mix again. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
