BLACK CHANA CHAAT WITH HUNG CURD

INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled black chana (black
chickpeas)
½ cup hung curd (strained
yogurt)
1 small tomato, finely chopped
½ small onion, finely chopped
(optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon roasted cumin
powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

STEPS

In a bowl, combine boiled black chana, chopped tomato, and onion. Add lemon juice, salt, and roasted cumin powder. Mix well. Gently fold in hung curd to coat the chana evenly. Garnish with fresh coriander
leaves. Serve immediately as a healthy snack or light meal.
