INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled lobia
½ cup boiled and mashed potato
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chi li, finely chopped
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon coriander powder
2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
½ cup fresh coriander leaves
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Water as needed
1 teaspoon oil
STEPS
Mash boiled lobia in a bowl. Add mashed potato, onion, green chilli, cumin, coriander, and salt. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small round or oval kebabs. Heat oil on a non-stick pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides. Blend roasted sesame seeds, coriander leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, salt, and a little water to a smooth paste. Serve the hot lobia kebabs with sesame chutney.
