INGREDIENTS
¾ cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup soy flour
1 cup mixed vegetables
(carrot, beans, peas, capsicum)
1 teaspoon oil
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt and spices as desired
Water as needed
STEPS
In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, soy flour, and salt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft, pliable dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into thin chapatis. Cook on a hot tawa until golden brown spots appear on both sides. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Add chopped vegetables,
turmeric, salt, and desired spices. Sauté on medium heat until vegetables are tender but slightly crisp.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
