CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based
like soy/almond)
½ teaspoon honey or jaggery
powder
Fresh fruits for topping

STEPS

In a bowl or jar, add chia seeds and milk. Mix well to avoid lumps. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir once before serving to ensure even texture. Add honey or jaggery if needed and top with fresh fruits. Serve chilled.
